However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Customers have the right to cancel any contract made with us, before, or up to 7 days following receipt of the goods. We are obliged to refund the cost of goods only within 30 days of cancellation and all original and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. (see “shipping” section for further details with respect to return of goods) . It will be assumed that items are still in original condition, unused and including any accessories, inner packaging and labels.

Prices of items, displayed on our website, will remain in force until new items required to fulfil customers’ orders are supplied to us at a greater price than originally used by us as a basis for resale price calculation. We reserve the right to fully refund for any “paid-for” items or shipment-facility costs which, for whatever reason, are unavailable to us for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations. We will, upon realisation of this situation, immediately effect reimbursement of the amount involved and deem the contract to be cancelled.

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted.  We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential.  You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.

We may disable your user ID and if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of our website or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.
